Step 1 (Consultation)

Holler Media Production offers free consultations to help focus your ideas and vision into the best possible format and dissemination of your media content.

Step 2 (Proposal)

Holler Media Productions will then generate a detailed proposal identifying your goals, as well as, setting time tables with a complete cost breakdown.

Step 3 (Contract)

Once an agreement on the proposal is met, a formal contract is drawn up to solidify the parameters of the project. There will also be approval forms at each stage of production to ensure your satisfaction before counting of the project.

Step 4 (Pre-Production)

The pre-production stage is a vital planning phase, which includes, but is not limited to: additional client consultations, planning, research, conceptualization, script writing, project coordination, and site surveys. This is paramount to your project staying on time, and on budget.

Step 5 (Production)

Holler Media Production utilizes high end HD Cameras and equipment to bring the necessary professionalism to your product. Your project deserves the highest quality possible because the quality of the work is a direct reflection on your business and product.

Step 6 (Post Production)

In the final phase of production, the video and audio materials are imported into our computers, where editors and graphic designers give the project emphasis through creative graphics, animations, and music.

Step 7 (Formatting)

This phase is customized to your project, whether the material is turned into a DVD or a web clip format. Additional graphics are generated based on the final product, which could include disc art as well as DVD cover and casing.

Step 8 (Final Approval)

Holler Media Productions will send out a completed Preview DVD for final approval. All the video and graphical elements will be present, so you can confirm everything is exactly as you had imagined it. As previously mentioned, their will be approval forms at the end of every stage of production. By this point, nothing should be a surprise.

Step 9 (You're Done!)

Congratulations! Holler Media Productions strives to produce products that you and your business can be proud of. During every stage of the production process our goal is to make sure you are comfortable and confident that the production not only meets but exceeds your expectations.

In Steps #4, #5, and #6 you will receive an approval form making sure that you are comfortable with he project as it is and that you authorize Holler Media Productions to move along to the next step.
